How often do you have new items in stock?


New arrivals where possible are added daily, please check often. If theres something you dont see we will try to help, drop us an email.




What postal service do you use?


We use Hermes for most of our deliverys. We encourage customers to contact us before placing an order if they wish for us to use a different service.




How much do you charge for delivery?


Products and shipping fees are calculated based on weight, we also cover our items with insurance. This is all calculated on checkout when ordering.




Can i track my order?


Once your order has been dispactehd you will recieve an email to confirm and a tracking number.




How soon will my item be dispached once payment is made?


Orders recieved before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. After 2pm will be the next working day.




How do i get intouch?

ClearPay

What is Clearpay?


Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic installments, split out in a way that suits you best. You chose how much to initially pay upfront, and the remaining payment is split over 3 installments made every 2 weeks without any interest.




How do I use Clearpay?


Just shop on Phenomenal Wholesale as normal and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order – easy!




Where can I use Clearpay?


Clearpay can only be used on purchases made on the Phenomenal Wholesale website and App. To find out more about Clearpay, goto the following: https://www.clearpay.co.uk




Can I use Clearpay if I’m an international customer?


Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Clearpay account.




How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?


Clearpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. . The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.




What if I can’t pay an Clearpay installment?


A £6 late payment free will be charged if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due. An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?


Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order from our website.




Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?


No, there is no limit to use Clearpay




How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?

Wholesale and bulk orders

Am i able to return products bought in bulk?


Any bespoke orders and bulk orders are specifically ordered to your requirements at the time of purchase. We are not able to accept unwanted items as the order is made specific to your requirements.
