Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of purchase.

Final shipping price is based on weight.

Order before 12pm (working day) for same day dispatch on in stock items, after 12pm next working day. Any non-working day orders will be dispatched the closed working day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all dispatch tracking details on. 



Evri
Tracked and fully insured service. Evri delivery timescales are 3-5 business days. If your parcel is not delivered in this time frame, please contact us via email, phenomenalwholesale@hotmail.com with your order number. We will contact Evri on your behalf and update you as we get them. Lost parcels can take up to 30 working days for refund to be processed. 

Royal Mail - Tracked 24
Tracked service. Royal Mail 24 timescales are 1-2 business days. If your order is not delivered in this time frame, please contact us via email, phenomenalwholesale@hotmail.com, with your order number. We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf and send updates as we get them. Lost parcels can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed. 

Royal Mail - Tracked 48

Royal Mail - Special Next Day by 1pm

Fedex
Tracked service. Fedex is a 1-2 business day delivery service
. Your order will be dropped at a parcel shop and the tracking will not update until the Fedex has picked it up and scanned it into their system. This can take 24 hours. LOST PARCELS


Any lost parcels with be all dealt with in the same way. We will contact the relevant company, and we will work alongside with within their timescales. If the parcel is deemed lost and a refund is issue, we will notify you by email, and you will need to allow 7-10 working days for this to reflect in the account. This is being processed in the same way you paid your order. 

No refunds or investigation are done on delivered parcels. Each chosen company will provide us with evidence that this as been delivered. 

Delivery and dispatch timescales are not guaranteed and may change during busy periods, Phenomenal Wholesale cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the courier.
