Shipping & Returns


Shipping fee's are calculated at the time of purchase as shipping price is based on weight of all purchases. All our goods are insured by shipping. Any lost goods should be reported to within 2 working days of recieveing your order. Our chosen postal service is Hermes if you wish us to use a different service please contact us before making an order.


If you need to return any stock please notify us at within 2 days of recieveing your goods you must provide the following information:

- Order number,

- Name,

- Address,

- Reason for return.

We have a 14 days return no quibble policy.

Returns must be in the original/undamaged packaging using a second class recorded delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties and also not liable for the postage fee for return.


Unfortunatley we do not accept large bulk order returns as these requests are specifically ordered to your requirments. If you need any special requirments please ensure you seek information and advice before placing orders. We cannot be held responsable for any mistake made in ordering goods if specific requirements are not given. Unfortunatley we are not able to sell on unwanted items.


​​If the item is faulty or damaged please notify us at within 7 days of receiving your goods you must also provide the following information:

- Order number,

- Name,

- Address,

- Fault/Damage.

We will ask that the item is returned to us for investigation, if deemed fault/damaged by our quality control a refund will be issued using the same method of payment with which you made your original order.



We DO NOT offers exchanges in any circumstances.

We DO NOT accept returns on any items that have been personalised.


Refunds can take 7 – 14 working days to reflect in your account.
