Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of purchase. Final shipping price is based on weight and value of all purchases. All our goods are insured during shipping.  Our chosen postal service is Evri, if you wish us to use a different service, please contact us before making an order.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return any stock, please notify us at Phenomenalwholesale@hotmail.com within 2 days of  receiving your goods you must provide the following information:
- Order number,
- Name,
- Address,
- Reason for return.

We have 14 days return no quibble policy.

Returns must be in the original/undamaged packaging using a second class recorded delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties and also not liable for the postage fee for return.


BUY INS
Unfortunately we do not accept buy in items returned as these requests are specifically ordered to your requirements. If you need any special requirements, please ensure you seek information and advice before placing orders. We cannot be held responsible for any mistake made in ordering goods if specific requirements are not given. Unfortunately,we are not able to sell on unwanted items.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM

​​If the item is faulty or damaged, please notify us at Phenomenalwholesale@hotmail.com within 2 days of receiving your goods you must also provide the following information:
- Order number,
- Name,
- Address,
- Fault/Damage.

We will ask that the item is returned to us for investigation, if deemed faulty/damaged by our quality control a refund will be issued using the same method of payment with which you used on your original order. Returns must be in the original/undamaged packaging using a second class recorded delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Please email proof of receipt for return postage and this will be refunded once the parcel has arrived.

PARTIAL RETURNS


Any partial orders that are returned due to damaged/faulty items only a partial postage refund will be issued in accordance to our postage pricing structure. Please email phenomenalwholesale@hotmail.com for further information on our postage pricing structure.

 
OTHER

We DO NOT offers, exchanges in any circumstances.
We DO NOT accept returns on any items that have been personalised.
We DO NOT accept returns on sale items.
 
Refunds can take 7 – 14 working days to reflect in your account once items have been received.
